As of April 1, 2023, I will have an office available for rent located at 1030 Burlington Lane in Frankfort. The space includes 2 offices, a waiting room, a restroom, a break area, and a storage closet. I will be using one of the offices and renting the other. The available office is approximately 10’ X 12’. The office has a window. The waiting room, restroom, break area, and storage closet would be shared spaces. Rent would be $600 per month plus half the utilities if I provide all cleaning supplies and paper products as well as all cleaning of shared spaces. If you would like to pay for half of the cleaning and paper products and split cleaning responsibilities, rent would be $400 per month plus half the utilities.
