Opportunities for Chamber Members
1 - Monthly Newsletter
The Chamber News, is a tabloid that is mailed to the Frankfort Chamber membership and auxiliary database (reaching over 700 area businesses and individuals) and distributed through the Chamber website. Full color front, back and centerfold ads are available as well as spot color ads and black/white.
Chamber News advertising is sold in one to three-month increments. Ad content can be changed each quarter, but not ad size. Ad copy deadline is 1 month before the distribution date.

2 - Frankfort Chamber Article
Sponsor this monthly Chamber article in the State Journal. Cost is $300 per month. Sold on month-to-month basis.
3 - Monthly Luncheon Series
Opportunities are available for sponsorship of a monthly luncheon. The cost is $250 and you have the chance to talk about you businesses or organization for 3-5 minutes, plus give out door prizes or small gifts to attendees. Sponsor will also receive logo placement on all publications pertaining to the event and two lunch tickets.
4 - Web Page
Banner Ads are available on the Chamber's Website (www.frankfortky.info). The cost for the Front Page is $150 for 3 months, $300 for 6 months, $1200 for 12 months. The Secondary Pages cost is $100 for 3 months, $250 for 6 months, $525 for 12 months. The Website receives over 1,000 hits per month.
5 - Business After Hours
This is a great networking opportunity. Each month, a different business hosts the Chamber members from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The average cost is $350 (depending on post card choice) and the host is also responsible for food, refreshments, and door prizes. At this event, Chamber members will have the opportunity network with members in a noncompetitive environment.
6 - Newcomer Program
Each month the Chamber receives numerous calls about relocation information. For a fee of $75 per year, plus 250 brochures, flyers or coupons, you can be included in this packet of information that goes out to those who are looking to move into our area. You are limited to 2 items and they must be flat, lightweight material.
7 - Publications
The Chamber publishes a Membership Directory each year that lists all members alphabetically and categorically. We also work with Lanham Media Service to produce our Quality of Life Magazine and City/County Map on a rotating year basis. Advertising prices vary for each of these publications.
8 - Golf Tournament
This is an annual event held the 3rd Friday in June. Members have the opportunity to sponsor a hole and a foursome or donate door prizes or items for goody bags.
9 - Awards Banquet & Annual Meeting
Held at the first of the year, the Awards Banquet and Annual Meeting provides a year in review of the Chamber and recognizes outgoing/incoming officers and board members. A Silent Auction is held just prior to the Banquet and a Live Auction is held throughout the banquet.
10 - Frankfort Choice Program
Designed to encourage holiday shoppers to stay in Frankfort, this campaign is targeted at retailers but any Chamber member business may participate. For $50, you are provided posters, door decals, plus inclusion in all publicity.
11 - CityFest
The Chamber will be partnering with Kentucky State University in the fall of 2008 to provide a trade show for businesses to showcase their items and services to KSU students on campus. This event is also open to the general public. The cost to participate is $50 per member($100 per non-member).

12 - Franklin County College & Job Fair
Designed for high school seniors to meet one-onone with area colleges and local businesses.
13 - Ambassador Program
Ambassadors, who serve as liaisons between the Chamber and our members, meet for lunch once a month.
14 - Chamber E-News!
The official e-newsletter of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce Chamber e-News! Is delivered to over 400 inboxes (plus forwarding ability) a week.
15 - Donation Opportunities
Several opportunities arise throughout the year for businesses to donate door prizes and goody bags for Chamber events. This provides big exposure for little cost to your company.

- Reality Store - $25.00 minimum in March
- Farm City Banquet - $25.00 minimum in April
- People’s Choice Award Program - $25.00 minimum in May
- Chamber Golf Tournament -$25 minimum in June
- Chamber Awareness Week - $25 minimum in September
